Returns
Dress Me Jazzy Tee does not accept returns under any circumstances.
All sales are final.
We will not grant a refund, exchanges or store credit if you have changed your mind about a purchase for any reason.
Please choose carefully and ask questions about the condition, size, color, etc. or request additional photos to ensure satisfaction.
Instagram & Online Purchases
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo for items purchased through our website.
To purchase something on our Instagram page that is not listed on our website we will require you to pay through PayPal, Squarespace, or Zelle. Once we send you the invoice we will allow up to 2 hours for the payment to go through.
Please note that any Instagram purchases made though the payment channel will be shipped to the address provided from your account. If you would like to pick up the item in-store you must pay for the item in person.
Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping on all domestic orders. Most orders ship within 48 hours if placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Merchandise paid for by PayPal or Squarespace invoice must be shipped and is not available for in-store pickup. We offer flat rate shipping on all domestic orders. Most orders ship within 48 hours if placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day (unless we are experiencing inclement weather). All shipping costs include insurance and delivery tracking. Orders over $200.00 will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, USPS will leave a notice of when your package will be available for pickup or choose to reschedule your delivery online through USPS.com.

Consignment Policy
We accept good condition items with no stains, holes, torn hems, broken zippers, odors, etc. You can bring items neatly folded or hanging, whatever is easiest for you! We do not accept items in garbage bags.
We accept Transitional Spring items in January, Spring & Summer items from February through June. We accept Transitional Fall items in August, and Fall & Winter items from September through December.
Items are selected for consignment based on supply and demand, using customer preferences as guidance.
Dress Me Jazzy Tee LLC. consigns items for 60 days and pays commissions according to our pricing chart below. If items remain unsold, the consignor can schedule a pick up to have them returned. Unsold items are regularly donated to various charities if no pick up is scheduled. Dress Me Jazzy Tee LLC. does its best to sell items at the highest possible profit, but may reduce the selling price at any time.
Our Consignment Commissions Are as Follows:
50% Commission Rate: We will determine together the resale prices offered for each of your items.
You have 72 hours to review the pricing email. If you decline our pricing, kindly pick up within 72 hours or we will ship back.
If we have determined Virtually, kindly reply back to the pricing email with your signature on the consignment policy and date stating that you agree to the pricing.
OR
55% Commission Rate: You pre-authorize Dress Me Jazzy Tee LLC. to sell your items at Dress Me Jazzy Tee LLC.'s determined resale market prices.
Once your items are processed, you will be sent an email notification with the pricing details and your items will then be put on the sales floor/ Web Store.
Handbags by Chanel, Gucci, Hermes, and Louis Vuitton are paid out at a 60% commission to the Consignor.
** Dress Me Jazzy Tee LLC. reserves the right to discount an item once by 10% to make a sale.**
Commissions are sent by Zelle or PayPal by the 10th of the new month for the previous month’s sales.

Consign your unsold and overstock inventory with us! This is a great way to turn your leftover inventory into cash flow for next season’s gems. Remember, consignment is based on style and seasonality.
